With just $0.05 a day, this Blueprint will make us strong, firm warriors in the battle to end poverty-->

Truth is in favor of you and me; for the truth of our enemies whom we have been serving here in the U.S.A. for over 400 years (whom we did not know to be our enemies by nature) is the truth that the Black Man must have knowledge of to be able to keep from falling into the deceiving traps that are being laid by our enemies to catch us in their way which is opposed to the way of righteous of whom we are members. ~ The Honorable Elijah Muhammad

The Rio+20 Conference on Sustainable Development was held from June 20th to June 22nd. It had 45,000 participates, with over a hundred heads of state and government, and delegations from 188 countries plus three observers. Over 4000 journalists covered the event. The official reports claim $513 billion in commitments and real progress towards a greener, sustainable economy. Iran's president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad also took part in the conference.

But first he stopped off in Bolivia, on the 19th of June, where he sat down with President Evo morales. Both sides agreed bilateral ties had to be strengthened on every level. Be it in the field of medicine and medical facilities, to oil and gas. They reaffirmed their dedication to old agreements, and signed new ones. Iran has projects worth one billion dollars in progress in Bolivia. From La Paz, Ahmadinejad flew to the Brazilian capital where he took part in the Rio+20 Conferences. In his speech there, he talked about the influence of imperialistic powers on poverty levels and environmental issues.

Throughout the meeting Ahmadinejad sat down with world leaders, and the UN Secretary General, Ban ki-Moon. He talked to the press, and to a group of Brazilian academics and intellectuals. Then on Friday the 22nd of June Iran's president flew to Venezuela where he met with his counterpart, Hugo Chevez. They discussed improving already strong ties, and got an update on the major Iranian construction project going on the new city of Ojeda, spread out over 720,000 square meters. 7000 homes are to be built, 384 of which have been completed and handed over to their owners. After six days in Latin America, Ahmadinejad returned to Iran on the 24th of June, where he reported on his trip.
