Minister Farrakhan speaks on: A New Beginning

On the 13th Anniversary of the Millions Man March Minister Louis Farrakhan dedicated Mosques Maryam to the mission of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, which is to call humanity back to the path of righteousness, starting with the Black man in America.

The dedication was filled with religious, business, political, social and international guests from Africa, the Middle East and beyond. Black, White, Asian, Latino, and Native American sat side by side eagerly waiting to hear from the Honorable Louis Farrakhan.

The dedication began with prayers from the 3 monotheistic religions and was preceded by the beautiful voice of Stephanie Mills that was accompanied by a full orchestra.

Before the introduction of the Honorable Louis Farrakhan, Student Minister Ishmael Muhammad, son of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, gave a brief history of Mosque Maryam.

The audience erupted as Minister Farrakhan was introduced and stepped into view from behind two golden doors. He began the sermon by explaining the oneness of religion and how all religions have failed in their stewardship to humanity by causing division and strife among the children of God. He spoke on the yearning of humanity for righteous change. The message and desire for change, Minister Farrakhan stated, is the reason the young are for Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama.

He explained the poor condition that Black people in America are in and how we have been made a foolish people who are in need of a Saviour. He went on to state that God would raise “the foolish to confound the wise.” He spoke directly to the Arab Muslim, explaining to them that Islam is not an Arab religion, but was revealed though the Arabs.

He told the Arab Muslims that the covenant with them was broken because of their straying from the teachings of the Holy Quran and that a new people would be chosen to bring in the Kingdom of God. This same admonishment went for white Christianity and Judaism. One of the parables that Minister Farrakhan used make this point clear was the parable of the ‘Good Samaritan.’ The (white) church, he said, has the knowledge but failed to pass it on to Blacks and the Levites (Jews) exploited Blacks.

America is suffering,” Minister Farrakhan said. The weather and the stock markets are all caused by God displeasure with America.

Minister Farrakhan closed by sighting how all religions of God recognized “The Golden Rule” of “Do unto others as you would have done unto you.” He said, “This is the some or total of duty (to God).”

In closing he explained that the mission of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad is to aid humanity back to the Right Path, the path of submission to God."
